I have not been on the site for awhile. I now realize how important it is for me to log in and work along with everyone else. I need to talk with folks that understand what I am going through. I have had and up and down times in the last three weeks. I have worked hard and lost nothing. Then I totally gave up and ate everything and got sick. Well for the last week I have been back on tract and feeling better and intend to continue to log on so I can receive and give encouragement, support, and understanding. Blessed New Year to all and much success!
