Ugh! WHY do I always do this to myself!?!}
{{{Hubby has informed me that he's not working out tonight because he's still in pain from the P90X ab workout---even though he only did 5 minutes of it. I forced him to workout last night even though he was in pain, but he says he's even more sore today. I guess that means I won't be working out either. See, everytime I get close, I screw myself over.}}}
***EVENING WORKOUT*** Treadmill stats... Time: 45 min. 1 sec. Distance: 2.53 miles (10.1 laps) Incline: 6.5 Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 Burned: Calories: 424 Fat Cals: 132 {{{So proud of myself for working out tonight! I was afraid I wouldn't since my husband decided to take a day off, but I pushed myself to. It was hard because I really didn't feel like working out, but not hard in the way that I was struggling to find energy....like before. Not sure if it'll do much since I ended up eating almost a whole bag of mini triple chocolate cookies, but that's sort of what motivated me to work out this evening. I'm hoping I don't pay for it too badly tomorrow morning when I weigh in. Saturday is always a let-down for me because I always end up indulging on Fridays. Then I'm in for disappointment on the Weekends.....always. I just hope it's not too bad. Last time I ended up gaining 3 pounds overnight! I was soooo upset and angry at myself. I really hope I won't be too upset tomorrow.}}}
