Unofficial weigh in: 164.7lb. :-D! I've been sticking to very low carbs very well. Definitely need to start increasing the vegetables so that I can get more fiber and not rely on psyllium husks to boost my fiber intake. Curious to see what my weigh in will show next Friday. I really miss fruit though. Doing my best to not cave for right now.
