have found after doing the 2 week get started on Southbeach, that I have to add carbs and fruit slowly. I gained 1.5 in one week. I will start by doing carbs and fruit 3 times a week and see if I keep droping weight.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
