Dropped below 185 today, first time in a long time. Also had breakfast tacos this morning and baby back ribs for lunch. I used to stress when the company would order food and I would end up overeating because I had deprived myself thinking I had to eat this and that. Bottom line, I'm getting most nutrients I need during week through a variety of dishes. Days like today used to stress me, but not anymore. I'm full and can have a bannana or apple tonight post gym.
