Hope everyone is doing well. Have had a few hectic days with some tough times with a family member....am asking for prayers...and a crazy schedule. Haven't journaled for over a week but am trying to get back on track today. Food intake wasn't too bad but not the greatest. Don't WI again until 1/8. My main goal was to not gain over the holidays (is that bad??). Now, I'm ready to get started losing again. Happy New Year!!
