OKay,
So this is the first day of my diet. I am starting with my own diet consisting of low fat foods and keeping track of fat, calories and exercise. I put my best picture on the fridge, even though my problem is not the refrigerator but rather the large amounts of fast food consumed in recent months. Since having my twin baby girls I have pretty much ate whatever I want without considering the consequences my body would suffer, not to mention, I don't excercise. At all. When I do leave the house, it is with my husband, who always carrys both carseats and also obliges to my requests for almost every food item on the Taco Bell menu. I was listening to the radio last night and the song by Chris Daughtry was on that goes "I never saw it coming I should have started running a long, long time ago. And I never thought i'd doubt you i'm better off without you more than you more than you know" so I was singing along, and my husband says you're better off without me? I said no, I was singing about that double cheeseburger I just ate! Anyway, I am better off without the disgusting, fattening food I was getting into the habit of eating and i'm ready to start eating healthy and living a better life. Here we go!
