So I went out of town on Saturday and Sunday. I went WAAAYYYY over in all areas. I think I deserved it, but am now feeling guilty and worried about weigh-in tomorrow. Also now that I've had a taste I am super hungry for junk food!

Yeah, I had one of those weekends too! Today is a new day - I try to journal all my little "treats" so I have something to look at to help me deal with my cravings!
