So in an act of desparation, I decided to track every bite.
Week 1 6.4 kilos Week 2 1.6 kilos Week 3 800 grams Week 4 ?? Who know but so far I've gained 600 grams so I pretty sure we can say that this is not working. The only way I seem to lose anything is well, just not eating anything. The week that I had just liquids; juice and broth, then I lost something.
Any average diet should produce a loss of 500gr - 1 kilo each week. I'm eating much less than an average diet so naturally I'm gaining.
I'm so frustrated and sad but also angry. Having this surgury was a mistake.
