Always find it interesting that I would gain a few pounds after a 3 day fast.... Which tells me I'm looking too forward to eating and allowing my portions to be a tad to big for the new me.....
105.0 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, you are doing good - Thanks for the feedback - I am setting my goal for March 1, 2018 to get down to goal weight - That is 10 pounds a month for me - / Have a losing (weight) day !
