So it's been 5 days since I have eaten any fruit, grains, or other dense carbs. I've heard that it's common to have carb cravings, and though I still have the desire to eat those things, I have not been having the physical craving for them. All for the best I guess. Anyways, I happened to weigh myself again this morning AFTER eating breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to see the scale read 160.7lb. I don't know what it will say tomorrow, though it seems promising for an official weigh in. I may even be able to reset my weight goal to the next mini goal. Woot!
