iya tuh..serem kalo dah kena kolesterol.minta ampuun sakitnya.saya aja udah ngurangin telor dan makanan berminyak.

Iya mbak hati2 karena kalo tinggi kolestrol darah jadi kental yg nnti membuat jantung jd susuah mompa darah hehe. Makan makanan rendah kolestrol itu bisa dr kacang kacangan mbak 🙂
