It's 10:30 p.m. and I am just about ready for bed, but I really want to get on the gazelle and burn some of the calories that I took in. Oh my gosh! I never kept track of the food I ate, or saw what the calories were. I thought it was a good start today, had a couple of bad moments, but overall I think I did well. It is the first day afterall, and if I gradually decrease my calories I think I will do fine. I really want to meet this guy Will Power. That's a joke.
