It is amazing how just cheating for 3 days can add 2 lbs!! I can't say I'm surprised, but it is surprising that I didn't even go over 2000 calories per day and still gained. I'm bummed, but not devastated. I cheated Monday because I was feeling weak after all the good food over the week-end. Time to get back on track. I did turn down a chocolate chip brownie already this morning. :)
