man what a crazy life i am leading its really starting to driveme nutty any way i gained but 3 pounds over the thanksgiving holiday and through new yrs not bad at all isi it give me a whoo hoo it so could of been a whole lot worse any way god bless and i love you lotts love shelly.

I think you are doing really good at keeping your weight stable. Nice to know you had a good time through the holidays. Now we can all focus more on the diet and less on the dinner plate, lol.
