I've decided the best way to face this little "set back," is to taper back down. I am too hungry and tired this week to go back to only 1200 calories. So if you look at my Food Diary you will see what I am talking about. Let's see if it works.....

Have you tried to have cut up fruit and veg on hand in the fridge? when I find myself feeling hungry all the time I cut up bowls of canteloupe, watermelon, pineapple, celery.... buy those bags of baby carrots ready to eat.... then it's easy to just reach in and I don't do so much damage... Hang in there...
