I’m going away on holiday in 10 weeks’ time and I hope to be at my target weight before then. I’m going back to tracking all the food that I eat. I am aiming for two classes a week, one other gym/workout sessions and walking home from work once a week.
My holiday has two parts, the first is a week in a resort with a group of friends relaxing and enjoying good company, the second week me and one other friend are walking 120km along beautiful trails. I need to up my walking so that I can do the second week without too much pain.
