Sleep really does make a difference. My slip up yesterday was one weak vodka cranberry and only 5 hours of sleep. I have to work this morning, so I have all my foods portioned and packed for the day. Hopefully, a nap this afternoon and a good night of sleep tonight will get me back on track.

Starting-5th day
Total loss-7 pounds
103.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
