***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" (Had to buy a new DVD since the other one stopped working for some reason. Used my 3lb and 5lb weights.)

{{{Took a 3-day break. Baby has been sick since last Thursday, so there have been nightly wakeups, fussy-ness and tons of whining...so needless to say, this mama was exhausted. Started back up today, with not that much energy, but still more than I expected to have.}}}

***TODAY'S FOOD**
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, cinnamon, almond extract, water, and ice)
2.)Lunch: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut extract, water, and ice)
3.)Snack: Tomoyo Nuts (Japanese), 2 pieces of chocolate-covered macadamia nuts, 1 small bag of Hello Panda, handful of li hing mui sour gummy candy.
4.)Dinner: 2 pieces of fried chicken (bad!!!) and homemade Mexican rice.
{{{I was doing well until I screwed up again. Too many snacks and BAD dinner. I'm already dreading tomorrow's weigh in, and to think I was actually looking forward to the weigh in....but not anymore. I'm so mad at myself! I don't know why I always always always screw up when I get so damn close! Urgh! Please don't let me be too disappointed tomorrow! Please!!!}}}

***EVENING WORKOUT***
Treadmill stats...
Time: 45 min. 3 sec.

{{{As hard as I tried to make sure I did at least 44 minutes, I already know that what I ate today will screw up any chance of being proud of myself tomorrow. I'm so disappointed in myself right now. I should be proud for making myself workout....but I don't want to be happy if I know I'll be upset tomorrow...)
