Tired....busy date at work running around on the clinical campus. I need to remember to bring water and fruit along next time to keep my energy up! I squeazed in a little time after work for some "retail therapy," thanks for the tip MJ! Got a new cycling jacket - I've been wearing the same one for 6 years! And found a pair of slacks, got into a size smaller - yeah!

YAY for retail therapy...AND smaller sizes!! How did our ancestors survive without RT?? I always have raw almonds in my bag/car for when I'm out and require a snack...and the ever present water bottle...! I can relate to the *tired* feeling this eve...! hugggies
