I've been slacking at journaling, and at recording my food. Yesterday had a larger lunch (2 chicken thighs and cauliflower, have only been having one tigh or hamburger patty lately) and an Atkins bar (usually have one about every two weeks) r, and had a delicious large dinner out, wonderful spinach basil salad and 3 pieces of deluxe pizza, no crust, and two bites of fried cheese stick. flax MIM for breakfast. And coffee with creamer.
