Back from my grandma's birthday party. Shitloads of free food that tasted so good I couldn't resist. I tried hard and ate mostly vegetables and fruits, drunk a lot of mineral water instead of wine. After that I went to my friends party. There I've drunk more wine and ate some cookies (shame on me). Still, I consumed a lot of water and, well, I walked home. I walked a lot this night, and that's why I feel good about myself. Even if I overate, I did it with sense of reality. No crazyness - I just had a good time. I guess I shouldn't weight in tomorrow morning - this way I won't get upset. I'm going to cut my calories tomorrow and check the results the next day.
