Don't get it, when I watch what I eat I gain weight, weighed 170 early Feb now at 164.1. However weigh less now that I am not watching what I eat than when I did. Ugh, its just werid. I have had strawberry cake, and ordered drive thru tonight. Bet I don't gain a lb. Now if I went to watching it again or writing down or counting (which I think made me hungry thinking about food all day) Not sure what to do now. Guess I'll just make decisons on when I am hungry instead of doing the 6 meal or a certain # of cals a day. Seems to work so far.
