So I've been putting of the ever dreadfull weigh in, I figure as of today I will do the take off juice until tomorrow night when it's finished and then I can do a day of my plan and then weigh in....so how much I am either down or up compared to my last weigh in in December!!!!
Oh boy here we go take off......
