kepoin latihan / kegiatan org,ada yg aerobic 30 menit bakar kalori 400'an.saya cek aerobik 60 menit bakar kalori 467,itu bisa di edit semua atau mmg kalori yg terbakar itu tergantung jenis kelamin/usia masing2 individu seperti BMR ya,
