Seminggu diet mayo susah banget ternyata. Tapi udh turun 3 kg. Udah berhenti tp skrg kok jadi pengen ikut lagi 😭

aku diet mayo 2 minggu turun bb kurleb 10kg an. tapi emang diet mayo nyiksa sih, hambar semua jadi pengen muntah, apalagi pas makan sayur, karena basicnya aku ga suka sayur😢 drpd diet mayo mending gausah makan sekalian😂
