Bad,Bad,Bad!!!!!!!Not trying to make excuses here but we were out all day so we had fast food twice! Lunch was a Tendergrill grilled chicken with no mayo from Burger King and Dinner was three chicken ranchero soft tacos from taco bell. I really thought I was still doing well until I came home and looked up the nutritional info. Well, tomorrow is a new day and I will be officially starting the Fat Smash diet. Thanks to my wonderful Mother in law Phyllis who brought me the book today! Yay! Looking forward to this, lucky for me, I love me some veggies so it should be fine. I really thought my grocery bill was going to be huge because of the price of produce, but actually I think I got more for my money! I even sneaked a couple of home decor things into the shopping cart and still spent the same weekly amount I had before. Does anyone know if soy sauce is safe for Phase 1? Please say yes, I love Kikkoman mmmmmmmm.

It happens....the weekends are the hardest to stick too unless you lock yourself in your house and throw away all temptations...but we are human and we can't do that sooooo....nooooo....worries! You are doing just fine, get back on track and you will do great! Getting the book will help you a lot. Also prepare some dishes so that you have them on hand, makes things easier! Soy sauce is fine, just remember to only use a minimal amount. It is a water retainage according to the Biggest Loser, but I have used it since day one (only about a tablespoon at a time when I do use it) and it hasn't hindered my loss! Keep up the good work!
