Ok im gonna bite the bullet and make further changes to my diet, from now on i will use my lighter salad dressings to reduce calories and fat and I will take out the turkey sausage and add boiled egg whites for breakfast and reduce my salmon portion from 6oz to 4oz and see what this does over the next week *sigh* ok.
