Its only been two days since I started, but I'm feeling strong and like I can actually do this. So far I've stayed on track with my calories and haven't starved or felt deprived. I owe a lot of this to the Fat Secret app on my Droid! I was out and about with friends yesterday and we ended up eating out TWICE! But I just looked up restaurant foods in my app to see what I could eat that wasn't a damn salad! It was great!

Counting down to our Las Vegas get-a-way at the end of July is really helping too. When we're there I want to be able to wear a bathing suit and play in the pool with my kids. I want to have photos of me and my family having fun together that I'm not ashamed to post on FB because of my fatness. I CAN DO THIS!!!

You can do this! I will do the same thing with the restaurants. If I know we're going somewhere I look up the food first so I can plan accordingly, it makes eating out less stressful. I hope you get to where you want to be when you go to Vegas, that's a great motivator! Good luck!!
