I am doing an experiment this week in order to find out which things that I may be doing correctly. Last week when I lost 1.2 lbs of fat I exercised using weights three times that week and I ran at least twice that week. I am trying to weight train this week as well, but less running. I also cut down on my artificial sweetener intake last week. I have been trying to make keto desserts, but I found that I do not like them if the recipe calls for more than a quarter cup of erythritol. I also read somewhere that if you are in a plateau that you should cut those things out. It will be interesting to see if I lose anything.

This is definitely TMI, but I also had loose bowels most of last week so I have stopped taking my daily laxative. When I weigh in on Saturday I will have a clue as to which direction I need to go.
