Day one of Phase one of the South Beach diet. So far so good. My only downfall is my wanting to eat at night. I've got celery coming out of my ears. Well I guess its better than chocolate adding pounds to my A**. I hope all goes well.

It's ok to have a snack in evening! i plan on having a swwet snack in the evening such as a sugar free fudgsicle or jello with lite cool whip. Tonight i had skim ricotta mixed with cottage cheese, cocoa powder, nutrasweet, and a little lite cool whip. It's allowed, it tastes creamy and good, and it's packed with protein. Another yummy one is a slightly melted fudgsicle with peanut butter and a little cool whip. Yes I love cool whip! :) Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean no fun ever!
