Good morning! Well today the Abs challenge is starting. I will be doing it somewhat differently - not every day but every second day as that is when I am attending the gym. I need to bring my weight down by 3.5 lbs as of today. I want to reach 130 lbs or even 129lbs to be on the safe side! I am not doing this as a weight loss but as a goal so that I can maintain my ideal weight of 130 lbs.

I am still working hard on my butt... the 2 hardest body parts to work on are butt and abs... now that I lost the exccess weight I see that those two things are hard to get in a nice shape... the shape that I want to have!
Before it was all about shrinking and getting smaller and losing the fat, now that I have achieved that, it's time to shape-up!

I have done a pretty good job so far on that too, my butt is sexier and my stomach is gone I just need to add the abs. Pics will be available probably this summer when everything fits in perfectly!

p.s. Little update on the food side... I made the Baba Ganouche and it's weird... I tastet it a bit but am not sure what to eat with it so it's sitting in the fridge. If anyone has an idea, please let me know, otherwise it 'might' end up in the bin... I love Hummus tho! :)

I am at the same stage but would like a cushion of five pounds instead of just one or two. My clothes will be one size to big though and it's a bit irritating. I certainly agree about the butt and abs. You must have done something wrong with the baba ganouch (a bad recipe or bad eggplant), just throw it away if you don't love it right off. It's meant to be a roasted eggplant dip or spread and is usually served with pita or vegetables, or alongside hummus. Too bad...

Hmm it was actually canned.. imported from Lebanon the girl who is making it brought one for me.. she also told me wxactly what to put in it... and I did so... but still... not the best... and since I've never tried it before I am not sure how close to the real taste I got?! I know what you mean by too big clothes, my stuf still hangs on me and it's not sexy, it gets frustrating to abandon a shirt or pair of pants that I like a lot... but for the smaller size, who cares at the end! :)

Oh no! Forget about the canned baba, throw it away. :-) Use a couple of long Japanese eggplants (the bluish ones) for the 1 that is usually called for in a recipe, *if* you can muster up the energy to make it yourself after tasting the other. I hope you have a great day mirej.
