Barely lost 0.30 lbs. I expected a gain so, I should be elated BUT I'm not. I was right about what I am doing wrong; journaling, being aware of portion sizes, not drinking enough water. The woman told me that if I drink a lot of coffee then I need to make sure I drink more water. At first I was using coffee as an appetite suppressant, but now I'm drinking two to three cups a day. I'm going to kick coffee this week and replace it with herbal tea. I'm also going to continue my 12 minute arm workout three to four times a week but I am going to do only cardio this week. Treadmill here I come. New experiment this week with the cardio.

I found a Pinterest article where the woman did this video four times a week with a minimum of three times a week for three months and she showed her results monthly. She also used 5 lb instead of three pound weights with fabulous results. I will continue this workout along with running and see how it goes. On December 5th I will post my one month results. I also have to say that since I have been doing this 12 minute workout that my swimming is getting better. My shoulders have always been weak but I find that I am stronger now. Also I want to have great looking arms for my wedding dress which is strapless.
