Been doing stairs heavily preparing for a Big Climb. http://www.llswa.org/site/TR/Events/BigClimb?px=1394642&pg=personal&fr_id=1110 So I have been gaining weight. Mostly muscle I hope. Clothes fit a lot better.
147.4 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
