I went to the Docs yesterday and they weighed me at 171.4! I wasn't surprised. I've been gaining since being back! We've stopped a medication I was on and hopefully I'll see results. I've got a Christmas Party to go to on the 15th! I'm not giving up. Be good to yourselves friends.

hi there, I noticed your comment and of course can relate as a woman myself. I've been dieting my whole life. I stumbled onto this aussie woman on YouTube named 'freelee' and I love her message about dieting and eating healthy. I just started taking some of her advice and it has been fantastic so far, especially since she encourages you to eat MORE and stop the calrorie counting. Definitely check her out! I just felt inclined to write to you, I hope u don't mind and I hope this helps you.
