Im really back on track well lately. Its nice to be free of the holidays! I feel really great about myself to. Im finally in the 140's...yes 149 does count! LOL. I havent been to a weigh in at the centre forever so I dont post new updates unless Im there. Although I tend to be 5lbs heavier there then at home so who knows how much Ive lost. Anyways I feel allot better about my body now. My boyfriend was laughing the other day since Ive lost weight it makes me look taller. I love Im wearing pre baby clothes again and some that didnt fit even before I got pregnant! I just hope I keep it up! My birthday is coming up soon so I know Im going to cheat then. I want to eat whatever I want for my birthday supper. Im also a little nervous about alcohol. With breastfeeding it hasnt been an issue but as she's getting older and not needing to nurse and sleeping better I know Ill soon be able to go out with my girlfriends. It makes me a little nervous for all those calories.
