Just had my wisdom teeth out a couple of days ago. I am having a hard time getting my exercise sessions in. I find after working all day my head and jaw start to hurt, which is when I usually exercise. I am still teaching yoga, so that is good. I want to get back into my usual routine, but I will be traveling all next week. I will try to get in some workouts and walk as much as I can. I am struggling a little here...
