As I was saying, 241-211 is not bad for just a few months. From Sept to Dec my blood sugar dropped from 7.5 to 6.5 just my changing the way I eat(remember, right now I can’t walk too well, but I’m working on that with my Rheumatologist)

And most importantly, my usual underpants were starting to fall down - I just bought a few TWO sizes smaller!

I am just grateful that these apps exist - they have worked better than anything else in my whole life! 😁
