However, there's nothing wrong with using a small setback to motivate yourself for a positive comeback to continue your downward trend...

Gelatinized maca can be a SUPER help at hormonal craziness times. It's powdered root from Peru, I think. Has been a great help to a number of women folk in our family.

I called my doctors office this afternoon and spoke with the nurse about what's been going on with my weight loss and emotions and thyroid meds. She spoke to a doctor and they scheduled an appointment for me for tomorrow to talk to the Doctor and get my blood tested.

Just for all the men here posting lighthearted comments about women and "hormonal craziness": having thyroid problem has nothing to do with women and their emotions/hormones in general. In fact, most of what you know is probably folk lore women and men have been duped into believing for centuries, and you ought to read up on it if you get the chance
