Tomorrow is going to be my first day trying to lose weight. I've tried Weight Watchers several times. The first time I tried it I was really successful. It gave me better weight loss results than anything else I ever tried. However, I was in high school and had a regular schedule and no real stress, plus my mom was doing it with me. The next couple of times was after I graduated from college (I gained 20 lbs my senior year due to lots of stress and a major episode of depression). I had no regular schedule (was working retail) and I was still depressed.

Now I'm ready to really get past all this and lose the weight and feel better about myself. I'm starting nursing school in the fall and I want to lose 10-15 lbs before then, and then continue from there. The only problem is-I HATE my job. I now work a 9-5 job, but I get treated like crap and I have a ton of stress. This whole year I've tried to lose weight, but the scale hasn't budged. I'm really ready to do this and start some healthy eating and exercising habits that I can maintain for good. I'm hoping this site can help me stay motivated.
