Okay, things are going my way and that makes me happy! I've worked out 9 days in a row thanks to support from my DH and a few days off work and have upped my cardio. I still am not back to running because of my foot and I don't know what will happen there b/c I didn't like the anti-inflammatory I was taking for my foot. It made my stomach hurt and, I think, it was causing me to retain water and feel bad. I stopped taking it Friday. Saturday I was 158, Tuesday I was 155.2. It could be just a coincidence, but I don't know. But, I am able to use the elliptical, stair stepper and bike and I make sure I keep my heart rate up like it is when I run, so I can get back into it when my foot does feel better. So, I don't want to jinx myself, but I'd like to keep up working out everyday. Sundays are the hardest, but with it warming up, going out side with the kids will be easier. I'm just not one of those people that can lose weight with diet alone, I need my exercise, too! And, the more I can exercise, the more I will lose faster!!!! Thank you FatSecret and all my buddies helping out along the way! You keep me motivated:)

well - make sure your having fun doing it! I noticed my "exercise" went way up when I started doing things that were fun! (DDR and stationary bike "races" with my son - for now. When it warms up I gotta get a bike to ride I guess)

We're pretty much at the exact same weight right now! lol! Let's set a goal of 150 by mid April! what do u think??

I like that you have found alternatives when there was something in your way. I had a similar situation this week and pulled out the wii and used the Biggest Loser Game for the first time. I was surprised by how much of a workout I got and the kids had a good laugh as I was challenging myself with some of the more difficult workouts. Anyway, great to see you continue to lose weight!
