I'm so happy to see the 140s again! I gave myself the treat I promised (once I hit 150 or below) today. I went to the tanning bed. This is only the 3rd time I have been in my life (the first being right before my senior prom 18 yrs ago!) It felt good to do something nice for myself (although it was kind of a frightful experience. I thought I smelled like bacon when I was all done :) My next goal is 145 lbs and when I reach it I get a pedicure!! :) I hope for early April.
