Your comments and support Picture of breakfast today - 3 eggs ,bacon 6 strips and 4 oz mushrooms - mushrooms in butter
Last night I had some 8 big shrimp , shrimp stir fry , mushrooms 4 oz , 1 yellow onion, 1 cup broccoli oil and butter to cook and flavor - garlic and salt
Lunch I ate leftover fajita soup - it consisted of 1 green pepper , 1 red pepper, 1 whole yellow onion , chicken already baked fajita seasoning , I ate 2 bowls. I put salsa in the soup and half a dozen spicy hot pork rinds for crunch when I ate it and it almost had a chili type flavor - Hmmm, I am going to try a batch with salsa or tomato juice ,tomato paste ,some cumin possibly and make what I call a backwards chili - .I am also trying a batch with beef -
