I want to lose mine as fast as possible without resorting to starvation or anything like that. I don't particularly care if people think that's healthy. Once I lose it, there's not a single qualified person on the planet who will say, "You lost it too fast. You need to gain it back & try again." The Holidays messed up my momentum, but it's starting to come back. Trying to maintain a pound a day as much as I can.

@dryphtyr I totally agree with u on that and I feel the same way about it some what 😦 I was just asking really trying to see how many others was losing and also trying to make sure I wasnt over doing it 😁

Great job, what a way to start out and even more impressive due to the holidays. I usually lose quickly to start. I've lost 12-16 the first month in my last 2 diet attempts. I think because that's when I'm the most motivated so don't think you are losing too fast.
