No more weigh ins until the end of week two. In the first week I weighed myself everyday and I did lose eight pounds but I was on that scale about 2 times a day which is absolutely ridiculous so once a week every Monday will have to do it although I know everyday that I get out of the shower.

I ate quite a bit today and sometimes it's hard to forget that you are supposed to eat until you are no longer hungry and for some reason I was always hungry.

I start my cardio program tomorrow Slim in 6 which is rather intense so wish my luck because the farthest I have even gone on this program is week three.

You had a great week. Maybe there is something in this daily weigh ins, even thought it is a bit obsessive...

Don't feel bad for weighing every day. I am on atkins too and I have lost 10 pounds in the first 6 days. The problem is that your weight loss will slow eventually and if you weigh every day you may get discouraged when the weight loss slows down. Good luck on your workout. I am starting Tae Bo this week!
