Today was a productive day. I walked for 35 minutes and ate well. I had oatmeal with sliced bananas and soy milk for breakfast, vegan chili for lunch, apples and peanut butter for a snack and cantaloupe. I planned to eat egg whites for dinner with a little salsa, but I'm not hungry. I plan to work out to my DVD sometime before bed. I put my scale away and I'm not going to get on it until my weigh in on Sunday. I weigh myself at least twice a day and it can be very discouraging, so I'm gonna stay away from it for a few days.
