161.8 this morning! im going grocery shopping later and was thinking about doing weight watchers this week - now im not sure i wanna switch yet! i had way to much diet cocoa yesterday and was thinking and feeling like my weight went up so this is good news. Dana's birthday is on saturday and i am making his cake - the big 5-0 so i have to design and execute this week and i have 2 bracelets to make for an etsy sale and mothers day is sunday and i have tons of returns so today is planning and errand day so i have to figure out what to do for groceries (atkins/ww) asap. We are going to the old country buffet on sat so i dunno if switching is a good idea this week or not. ill have to weigh the pros and cons ...
Weight Watchers
Pros- New Foods, Been wanting to try it,danas cake- can taste frosting etc
Cons- Learning curve, possible mess up, unkown weight outcome, danas cake( too much tasting) and wont know what to eat at the old country buffet, no fast food, new points system
Atkins
pros- same foods, seems to be working, successful buffet in vegas so i know what to eat at OCB, fast food
Cons- Cant taste anything on the cake, food getting boring,
