睡眠8.5小時超舒服,起床看著手機等著咖啡機的拿鐵⋯⋯熱熱香香的好好喝
只是剛剛怎麼回事啊,杯子竟然倒著放😱😱😱漏滿桌的咖啡我傻眼😖
最近開始一直想吃比較多東西!應該改變一下之前少食的模式,調整一天減少進食300卡熱量試看看~給自己加油👍🏻
