I was 203.4 yesterday - The weigh page took the wrong weight - I wanted to get that straight -
Mentally , becoming obsessed with this and trying to think out every little thing -
Going back to simple again - I am also going back to my successful posts and see what I did -
I'm starting with my breakfast -

Breakfast - - 4 shrimp - 2 oz - 1 onion - 3 oz broccoli - 2 oz chicken - soy sauce to taste (stir fry )

16 oz Pepsi one

I am getting rid of eggs except hard boiled -

Mushrooms holding off on.

Cucumber and tomato for snack if needed - hard boiled egg if needed -

I'm thinking of salad today with tomato , onion , turkey, artichoke hesrt?, cucumber , ranch or Italian dressing /

Dinner - chicken shrimp fajitas or similar , green pepper, onion ,seasoning - leftover salad from earlier -



Plans going forward -

A) I asked for vitamix blender for Christmas for family and got it - I plan on making more soups because always have water intake problems - smoothies and vegy shakes also in future -


I am adding tuna salad , pickles (good snack also) , hot sauce , among other foods-
,
B) I am doing the 30 pounds loss in 45 days food challenge again because it was successful for me -

I am doing Atkins based eating with low carb - trying 20 carb a day to start ,
The carbs I will adjust down or up to regulate weight loss - up to slow it down and down to accelerate -
I can have vegatables less corn or sugary vegatables -
no fruit , no nut , no bread , no pasta, no dairy
( except hard boiled egg?) , no cheese , no sugar if I can help it ,

Please follow what is comfortable for you and what works for you -
Note: My wife is going vegan and I will watch that closely and hopefully I'll get her on here -
She is excited and that excites me .

C) 30 minutes exercise /
More recumbent bike riding and walking -
We have a ping pong table also -
Brainwize, I enjoy puzzles and games -

D) Increased fluids - water , frozen pops , and crystal light 5 calorie mix for flavoring -
Pepsi One? Stay tuned -
I also will do more cooking with fluids , soups
Interestingly enough , writing this is psyching me up -

I hope you are inspired and you are very successful / Don't panic (I will follow my own advice )-
