Wow!!It has been a while since I checked in,but it is clear that it is needed.I feel
ashamed but this is why this is called my fatsecret.Hard word and I will get back to where I'm suppose to be.I will only weigh in once a week and that will be on a Monday.Good luck to all!!I've done it before and I will do it again
